Should the dispute be resolved in the buyer’s favour, the return process will be initiated. See the return process here. The funds will only be refunded to the buyer when the seller has picked up the package from their preferred Pargo pick-up point. If the seller fails to pick up the package from the Pargo pick-up point, the Gumtree Warehousing Process will be initiated.

The money will remain in the Gumtree escrow/holding account until the package is received at the Gumtree Warehouse and will then be refunded to the buyer.
