If a returned parcel is not collected by a seller from the designated Pargo pick-up point within 8 days the items will be returned to the Gumtree Warehouse. Gumtree will store the item for 30 days after which the item will be sold to recover expenses. Gumtree will attempt to reach the seller via all possible communication channels before disposing of the item.

What happens if I contact you about my stored parcel within 30 days?

1. Seller to reach out to Gumtree with their physical address and original order number

2. Seller to pay shipping costs to Gumtree

3. Gumtree will ship the item to the specified address
