Pay & Ship - Shipping Explained

Pay & Ship - Shipping Explained

1. Shipping will commence once a seller has successfully dropped off an item at a Pargo Drop off point. Sellers will normally ship an item within 72 hours after closing a sale.

2. The Pargo parcel will be securely shipped to the Drop off point specified by the buyer during the purchasing process. It is very important that buyers ensure that the Drop off point selected is correct or additional fees may be applicable.

3. Pargo will keep the buyer and seller updated on the progress as the parcel is in transit.

4. The buyer will be notified once the parcel is ready for collection.

5. Buyers should remember to take their ID and Pargo order number with them when they collect their parcel.

Are parcels insured during transit with Pargo?

Yes! If an item you’ve purchased arrives damaged, please log a dispute for us to investigate further.
