Make sure your measurements are correct or you may incur charges later if the package is bigger than you’ve specified.
Why do I need to specify the measurements for my item?
Specifying your parcel’s measurements will ensure Pargo can accurately plan their shipment plans as well as act as a secondary check against the allowed package size and weight.
Are packages insured in shipping?
Yes, all packages shipped via the Pay & Ship feature are insured by Gumtree. If your item was damaged during transit, please log a dispute on the Gumtree App.
How to log a dispute:
Logging a dispute will ensure that the funds will not be paid to the seller until the investigation has been concluded.
