Make sure your measurements are correct or you may incur charges later if the package is bigger than you’ve specified.
Why do I need to specify the measurements for my item?
Specifying your parcel’s measurements will ensure Pargo can accurately plan their shipment plans as well as act as a secondary check against the allowed package size and weight.
Are packages insured in shipping?
Yes, all packages shipped via the Pay Online feature are insured by Gumtree. If your item was damaged during transit, please log a dispute on the Gumtree App.
How to log a dispute:
Logging a dispute will ensure that the funds will not be paid to the seller until the investigation has been concluded.
