When the buyer collects their package from their chosen Pargo pick-up point, they have 24 hours to raise a dispute. During this period, you will see the amount payable to you in your wallet as a Pending Balance.

If the buyer approves the item received, the purchase price minus the Pay & Ship fee will be credited to your Gumtree wallet as an 'Available balance' after the 24-hour window period. You will be able to use the funds to purchase on Gumtree or withdraw it to your bank account where it will reflect within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
