When the buyer collects their package from their chosen Pargo pick-up point, they have 24 hours to raise a dispute. During this period, you will see the amount payable to you in your wallet as a Pending Balance.

If the buyer approves the item received, the purchase price minus the Pay Online fee will be credited to your Gumtree wallet as an 'Available balance' after the 24-hour window period. You will be able to use the funds to purchase on Gumtree or withdraw it to your bank account where it will reflect within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
