When you receive your purchase, you have 24 hours to report any issues. Once this review period is over, we will release the funds to the seller's account. At this stage the order is considered complete, and Gumtree are no longer able to open a dispute case relating to the purchase.
If you have any questions about your purchase, we advise you to reach out to the seller and ask for clarification. This could be useful to overcome common issues where you are unclear about how an item works or how it should be used.
If you believe that the seller has done something specifically to commit fraud, you are able to report that user to Gumtree and we will investigate the case. It is important to note, however, that you will no longer be able to benefit from Gumtreeās assistance in recouping any costs associated with your purchase.
