As a buyer, you will be redirected to the TradeSafe payment portal, where you can make payment using your preferred payment method (EFT, Ozow, debit card or credit card). If your payment method is valid and you entered the right information, your payment will go through and a message confirming receipt of your order will be displayed.
In the event that your payment fails to go through, an unsuccessful payment message will be displayed on the same screen where you can choose try again. Should you choose to try again, you will be redirected back to the Gumtree Summary screen where you can choose to ‘Continue with payment’ to start the payment process again.
