Pay & Ship for Buyers - Item Doesn't Match what was Listed, what Should I Do?

 

You can raise a dispute within 24 hours after you have picked up your item from the Pargo pick-up point. Navigate to your Gumtree app and select My Ads -> Purchases -> The purchase you would like to raise a dispute on.

Once you have submitted your dispute, our Gumtree Helpdesk will review and work on getting the issue resolved.
