Below are a few tips that can help resolve issues with your My Ads page on Google Chrome:
 

1. Disable any adblockers you have installed on your current web browser.
2. Perform a cache clear – please make sure to select the option to remove “Cookies and other site data”. The steps to perform a cache clear can be found here.
3. Manually remove the .html text from https://www.gumtree.co.za/my/ads.html.
4. Use an alternative web browser (Firefox or Microsoft Edge).
