If you are, please update your Gumtree App to the latest version and try the following steps:
1. Open the Gumtree App
2. Click on the User icon in the bottom right corner of the home screen
3. A menu should appear. On the menu, please select "Support"
4. On the next screen, click on the "App Reset" option
