Before you let your buyer take the item away, you should ensure that they have given you a valid Collection PIN and that you have entered the Collection PIN on your My Orders page to ensure that it is valid. 

You will need to enter the PIN on your Gumtree My Orders page in order to get paid. We will only release your funds once you have entered the correct Collection PIN.
