The first and best place to contact your seller is right here on Gumtree. When you view your purchase in the My Purchase list, you will be shown an option to shat with your seller. This is the best place to hold a conversation about the item you have purchased and arrange a time and place to meet up. 

When you use the chat function on Gumtree you can be sure that you have the best protection available and Gumtree can help you every step of the way. Our advanced fraud detection capabilities monitor the chat conversations and help identify any problems so that we can give you the best trading experience. 

Some sellers also list their phone numbers, or email address. This can be a good way to reach out to a seller if you are not getting any responses when using the chat feature. We do however recommend that you move your communication back to the gumtree chat as soon as possible.
