In this tab, you’re able to see at a glance how your inventory is performing – what’s doing well, so that you can do more of that and what needs some help. There are plenty of ways to sort all of the information here, so that you can always find exactly what you’re looking for.
In this subtab you’ll see an overview of where your leads are coming from – their various sources and which kinds of advertising are linked to them.
In this block, you’ll see how many listings you have in total and what percentage of those listings are complete in terms of Photos, Comments and Price information.
If you have recently imported vehicle information from a spreadsheet, you’ll be able to see that here.
In the block, you check how many leads have come to you from various sources – organised to show you the last 30 days’ accumulated activity, as well as activity from today and yesterday specifically. ‘Page Views’ show you how many people have visited your ad, while ‘Phone & Email Views’ refers to how many people have clicked to display the contact information on your ad.
This block displays a graph that demonstrates, by date, how many people have got in touch with your business by means of phone call, SMS and email from your ad. You can get more information about this in the ‘Email Leads’, ‘SMS Leads’ and ‘Phone Calls’ subtabs covered further down below.
At the top of this subtab, you can use the ‘Month’ dropdown menu to select the information you’re looking for, then click the ‘Show Report’ button.
Your call information will be shown as a graph that demonstrates how many emails you received from your ad on each day of the month you’ve selected.
You have three orange buttons on the right – ‘Print’, ‘Email’ and ‘Export’ – so that you can save, share, and further analyse the information gathered.
At the bottom of the page, under the heading ‘Email Leads’, you’ll see a grey toolbar organising the data gathered from recent Email messages.
At the top of this subtab, you can use the ‘Month’ dropdown menu to select the information you’re looking for, then click the ‘Show Report’ button.

At the bottom of the page, under the heading ‘SMS Leads’, you’ll see a grey toolbar organising the data gathered from recent SMS messages.
This subtab is the place to see how much activity each of your vehicles has been getting over a selected period of time.
At the top of this subtab, you can use the ‘Month’ dropdown menu to select the information you’re looking for, then click the ‘Show Report’ button.
You have three orange buttons on the right – ‘Print’, ‘Email’ and ‘Export’ – so that you can save, share, and further analyse the information gathered.
If you’re only looking for information on vehicles that fall into a specific category, you can select that category here, then click the orange ‘Apply Filter’ button to show only the information relevant to the categories that you’ve selected. You can then take a look at the overview on the right to get a quick look at how many vehicles you have in the category or categories that you’ve chosen to sort by and how much attention they’ve been getting.
As you learned in Navigating Your Dashboard, you can use this toolbar to sort your inventory in whatever way makes it easier for you to find the items you’re looking for.

At the bottom of the page, under the heading ‘Phone Calls Report’, you’ll see a grey toolbar organising the data gathered from recent phone calls. As has been the case with the rest of your grey toolbars, you can click on the arrows next to categories to organise your information by this specific category.
On the right of the toolbar, you’ll notice the heading ‘Recorded Conversation’, under which you can save audio files from each of the phone conversations listed.
