Please note that with each withdrawal there will be a R5 transactional fee applicable. The fee is only applied when a withdrawal takes place. We advise our users to keep the funds in their wallet for when they want to purchase an item using the Pay & Ship feature in the future. 

 

No, sellers will not get any fees deducted and buyers will get refunded for the full amount they paid originally for the item as well as the delivery fee if the item was collected within 8 days of it arriving at the Pargo pick up point. When an order is cancelled, the funds will be returned to the buyer's bank account. Snapscan and Ozwow transactions will be refunded to your Gumtree Wallet immediately. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for refunds to reflect.
