We hope this will never happen! However, on the odd chance that it does, we ask that buyers raise a dispute and supply us with as much detail as possible.

If sellers are found to be guilty of not fulfilling the order:

1. Buyers will be fully refunded for the item not received (a dispute must be raised)

2. It could lead to suspension from the Pay & Ship feature or a suspension from the Gumtree website.
