Pay & Ship for Sellers - How to Enable Pay & Ship on Your Ad
When creating your ad, you will see an ‘Enable Pay & Ship’ toggle to activate/deactivate Pay & Ship for your listing. It is enabled by default for your convenience.
With Pay & Ship enabled, you will have a Pay & Ship badge on your listing and buyers will be able to pay for your item on Gumtree and have it delivered to a pick-up point of their choice. We only charge an 8% Pay & Ship fee on successful sales.
The Pay & Ship option is not visible when posting my ad, why not?
The reason why the Pay & Ship option is not available could be due to the fact that the ad is not posted in a category supported by Pay & Ship or it doesn't meet the value requirements.
Any item posted in a Pay & Ship eligible category for a fixed value between R50 and R20000 qualifies to be part of the Pay & Ship feature.
