When a buyer purchases your item they will pay the cost directly to Gumtree. We hold those funds securely in an escrow account while the order is packaged and shipped. You can view these funds within your Gumtree wallet where they reflect as your pending balance.

Although disputes could arise, delaying the payout, a thorough investigation will be conducted. We encourage all our sellers to pack their items with great care and ensure all accessories are included when shipped. Ensuring your items are shipped as described will ensure the funds are released as soon as possible.
