This issue can often easily be resolved if you ensure the following:

• Your image might be too big. Phone cameras today take pretty amazing photos, so if you’ve taken pictures on your camera and are adding them here, check that  they’re not bigger than 4MB.
• To prevent any accidental deletions or amendments on your vehicle, there is a preventive lock icon on the upper left corner. The lock icon might already be locked by default All you need to do is click on it again to unlock it.
