If you have access to your GAIT account, you will be able to access your Admin tab. This area is where you can take a look at and search for user activity on your account. This means that you can track productivity, find and fix errors or assist other users.
- If a user has accidentally locked their account, unlock them with the ‘Is Locked’ checkbox.
- Use the box on the right to select whether you want to see inactive users as well as active users (this will be useful in case you’re assisting with a problem that turns out to be caused by the user having been made inactive).
- If the user is inactive, but should not be, select the ‘Active’ checkbox.
