When signing up for a new GAIT or ProTool account, Gumtree requires proof of physical address for the business. 

Please see the list below of documents accepted as proof of physical address:

• Utility bill (i.e. municipal water, lights account, etc.)
• Bank statement on an official Bank document/form
• Current lease or rental agreement
• Municipal rates & taxes invoice
• Account statement from a service provider registered in terms of the National Credit Act
• Telephone or cellular telephone account
• Official SARS document (Not E Filing documentation) (less than 1 year old)
• Valid television licence
  
• Television licence renewal confirmation letter
  
• Subscription TV (e.g. Multichoice) statement
• Home loan statement from a financial institution
  
• Long/short-term insurance policy documents, from a Financial Services Provider (less than 1 year old)
  
• Motor vehicle registration/licence documents (less than 1 year old)Municipal councillor letter
• Body corporate/governing body/share-block association letter or statement
• Payslip or salary advice
  
• Official university/technikon registration letter
